Anthropic Fights UNFAIR Anti AI Class Action!

In which I dig into Anthropic's motion to appeal two unprecedented and game-changing decisions in Bartz v. Anthropic: the court's early rejection of its fair use defense, and the certification of a sweeping copyright class action. Anthropic says both moves are dangerous.

They describe how the class action lawsuit is being weaponized to give them an impossible case, that would even deny them their basic right to appeal! Unless the Ninth Circuit steps in now, the startup will find itself in the midst of lawfare from powerful copyright forces.

The Bartz plaintiffs are trying to win by bullying, not on the merits.
