Lance Schuler is a legend in the global yoga community, often referred to as the “Godfather” of yoga in Australia, with over 40 years experience teaching. From martial arts to breathwork and meditation, from New Zealand to China and Europe, he created his own system, Integrated South Pacific Yoga Academy, blending ancient traditions with modern science. He works with his wife Dr Susan Famularo to help people live more intentionally, from the way they breathe to what they eat. More than that, at 70 years old, Lance has the energy, strength and charisma of a 30 year old. In this day and age, that’s a miracle.
