The Language of Belief
Language is like a crutch.

I don’t have to imagine being in an environment where I don’t comprehend the noises that humans are making with their mouths. I’m still wondering how I clued in that the woman on the train from Bangkok to Chiang Mai (Thailand) was announcing breakfast. Maybe because she stuck a menu in my face.

Somehow I knew the cop on the platform, (still Thailand) was going to come over and say something to me. I had just learned how to hear, “where are you going?” Sure enough. One word answer. He didn’t even ask to see my ticket.

Before electronic media we had to be in the presence of the speaker. As a result communication was a group effort. The rising and falling of the voice, the gestures, the pauses, and of course the words.

The term “OK” emerged during the Martin Van Buren (8th president) campaign. It’s stands for “Oll Korrect.” I don’t know whether the hand signal came about during that era or not. It still means the same thing today.

Instinct has been removed from verbal comprehension and on top of all that, the THEY have been actively and blatantly changing the definitions of key words to suit their agenda.

A lie repeated enough times is still a lie. Unless you’re in the ministry of propaganda, then it becomes truth. Just like 2+2=5 if you write it that way enough times. A lie is still a lie even if you don’t know it’s a lie. That’s the truth of it.
