Paperwork Delay 📄 = Court Continuance 🚔 — Here’s Why

Printing off the serves to give to the Sheriff’s Department is a crucial step.
Most counties require these to be delivered at least 7 days before the court hearing so deputies have time to post or serve the paperwork.
But here’s the problem — the court didn’t schedule, stamp, and return the paperwork to me in time to get it to the Sheriff’s Office.
That means… we now have to file an additional form for a Continuance to keep the case moving forward.
Sometimes the process moves fast — and sometimes you hit delays.
Either way, we keep pushing.
