It was just yesterday that we elected Donald Trump and 198 days ago he took the oath of office and now it has been ripped to shreds.
Now out in Texas we have redistricting. We currently have a Supreme Court case districting for minorities in Louisiana. The democrats and Eric Holder are wanting a federal non-partisan redistricting committee. The Supreme court has upheld gerrymandering because that is part of the spoils of winning. The party in charge has been in charge of setting up the lines. No one is exempt from gerrymandering. Now every election they put the data into a computer and let the computer draw new lines. There are a lot of court cases over gerrymandering. In Georgia we had to create a new district to hold a republican seat.
NY, California, Illinois all the democrat governors are coming out to say if Texas redraws their lines then they will do the same to push a non-partisan federal government redistricting committee. We have enough people out there that are so clueless on redistricting that will think this is logical. All the media is running the narratives to push the federal redistricting committee, it may not happen tomorrow. “If NY, CA, IL and the federal non-partisan come to their state to fix their gerrymandering maybe it would benefit the red states.” will be the phrase to sell the committee. In GA we still have our lines being appealed.
Eric Holder left the Obama administration to start the National Democratic Redistricting Committee to ensure that republicans never win again.
Pam Bondi, USAG orders a grand jury probe into Obama officials over alleged Russian involvement in the 2016 election… can we not have several cases at the same time. Look at the 2016 election, Russia hoax, 2020 election, etc. Obama is not going to prison. Eric Holder was Obama’s AG and Obama set him out 2 years early to redistrict America. Obama moved his entire political machine into the NDRC.
Why do republicans in red states continue to draw lines to maintain or grow our districts? Are we not growing our message? According to the last election we won everything. Why do we have to argue about redistricting? The battle is coming in 2030 when we count all the illegals that came across the border during Biden. In 200 we should have had the citizen question on our census but we didn’t.
We should never have a federal redistricting committee. WE need to get these districts in order and not allow the courts to have a say in lines. Some swing district republicans object to the Texas redistricting plan as democrats threaten to retaliate. If Doandl Trump comes out and says that he should take over the district in America… NO absolutely not.
