Lula says he won't call Trump about trade: 'He doesn't want to talk'

Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva said on Tuesday (August 5) said that his country would use all available resources, including the World Trade Organization, to defend its interests as the U.S. prepares to impose tariffs on Brazilian goods.
