Qidi Plus 4 Stuck on USART Update (fixed)

My new Qidi Plus 4 got stuck on the update screen after a failed firmware update. In this video I get it back up and running based on the steps outlined in the Qidi Plus 4 wiki (https://wiki.qidi3d.com/en/X-Plus4/Manual/firmware-update).

I was also having some issues with one of my USB drives (the red one), so it ended up not being as straightforward of a process for me (sorry for that), but if I get this error again I can do a more straightforward video on the fix.
