Rhys Burriss

Midlands council estate to Oxford then the Bar. Justices' Clerk Durham; Senior Legal Officer United Nations; Magistrate in Montserrat and Turks and Caicos.

Nigel' s supporter for many years: his party's candidate in 2015 and 2024. Durham County Councillor.

My candidature seeks:
1] To pivot REFORM UK’s immigration policy to one of Absolute, not 'Net’ Zero.

The Great British Establishment, over a quarter-century: traditional parties; media; BBC; Clergy; Universities, have hugely damaged societal cohesion and the standard of living of all, but especially that of those on average wages, via their obsession with encouraging Mass Uncontrolled Immigration. Continuing - even whilst we have five million people of working age on benefits.

This requires Zero New Immigration for the duration of the Parliament, to enable a start on undoing the huge damage which MUI has already caused. (A few exceptions might be made, provided approved personally by a Cabinet Minister).

2] Creating an Online Forum where members can dialogue with the Leadership.

Let’s create REFORM UK HOME, wherein registered members of the party, including our MPs and others in the Leadership, could publish articles and discuss policy, organizational, and other issues.

At the moment there is no location where REFORM UK members can debate and interact with the Leadership, and the Forum I propose (moderated to prevent intrusion by those hostile to REFORM UK) could function as such a sounding board. This is an important democratic deficit, which REFORMUK HOME would begin to remedy.
