The Militia Act of 1792 demanded, not advised, that every fighting age man in this country arm and equip himself similarly to any respectable soldier of that era. In an age where the topic of civilian armament is constantly up for debate, Phil and Nic sit down to discuss this little known piece of law and remind everyone how relevant it still is today.
