In my 30 Day Yoga Challenge, I take you through each day of stretching with a main focus of a different body part each day! Although we do stretch the entire body, there will always be a peak pose focusing on hips, shoulders, hamstrings, etc.

In this video, I take you through my favorite hip openers! I’m starting this challenge very simple. Simple poses, breathing techniques, and lots of yummy movement.
