Raising Sons and Daughters

Boys and girls are different. They evolved to grow into men and women, to fill different roles in society. Modern systems of education and workplaces, designed by men, for men, produce women who are good at men's work, but not well suited for their evolutionary role as the mothers of the rising generation.

This speech addresses my plan for addressing this dislocation.
