Gaddafi was outlining the operational blueprint decades before the collapse phase began.

He saw what most Arab leaders refused to admit, the borders weren’t just redrawn with ink, but with blood, media psyops, and Gulf-financed demolitions. And the ones doing it were internal agents, disguised as allies, sitting in gilded palaces from Riyadh to Abu Dhabi, making deals with Mossad while their people starved.
