You've probably underestimated this glute ham machine- you can use it in 2 different ways. Round your back to focus more on your hamstrings and push your thighs into the pad and ankles into the rolling pads to activate as much hamstring as possible. Make sure your knees stay slightly bent; you don't want to strain anything in the posterior part of the leg. As a stiff leg option for training hamstring and even glutes, it can add some awesome variety to your training
