How to make Anti-Viral Nasal Spray

You will need an empty 1 oz Sinus spray. Add a pinch of pink or celtic salt.( ¼ packet of saline can also be used). Then fill with colloidal silver ¾ of the way up. You then want to add 2 drops of Lugols 2% iodine OR Povidone 10% iodine and shake well.
