Dropping Off Keys 🔑 & Removing the Eviction Sign 🏠 — New Tenant Move-In!

Today I’m preparing this property for its new tenant by dropping off keys and garage remotes.
Just last week, the Sheriff’s Department posted an Eviction Notice here for the previous tenant. Part of my job is to remove that signage once possession of the property has been returned to the landlord.
Now, the home has been cleaned, made ready, and the new tenant — who’s already started moving some belongings in — has officially taken possession.
This is a big part of property management:
✅ Coordinating the turnover process
✅ Ensuring legal possession transfer after an eviction
✅ Providing the new tenant with all necessary access (keys, remotes, codes)
✅ Maintaining accurate documentation for both landlord and tenant
From eviction to move-in, every step matters to keep things legal, organized, and smooth.
