“Blessings. We are Thymus. We are the collective of ascended masters.

We have really only one agenda for humanity. We desire for you to know yourselves as you truly are. That is what will ultimately empower you so that you make your own direct connections to your higher selves, your spirit guides, all of us who exist in the ascended master realm, the archangels, your e.t. family members, and so on. We also know that you are empowered when you check in with yourselves and your own feelings and emotions.

We know that you are getting impulses, intuitive hits, inspired ideas, and all kinds of nudges from within. If we can guide you to be quiet, to be without thought, to be heart-centered, to be present, then we know we have done our jobs. We also know that you like to hear about our perspective on things, and we know that you like to receive the energetic transmissions that we provide. And so, we will always be available to you as a point of view, as a perspective that you can then resonate with or not.

We do want you to recognize yourselves as masters right now. And we want you to realize that you are masterful when you allow yourselves to trust what is coming to you all the time. When you trust in yourselves and in what you are downloading, what you are receiving, you can make decisions from moment to moment that will serve you.

For example, many of you wonder what it is you should eat, what it is you should not eat, what it is you should eat more of, and what it is you should eat less of. You have that kind of guidance coming to you all day every day. You just need to tune in and ask your body what it is wanting, it will always tell you. You need to trust the messages that you are getting and follow through with them. You don't need to go on some sort of strict eating regimen in order to be healthy or more spiritual. You can do that if you want to, if it pleases you to, but it's not mandatory.

You have guidance coming to you all day every day about what activities to partake in next. You get inspired thoughts and ideas all the time, and if you can trust what you are getting, you can live lives of freedom, creativity, peace, love, joy, and abundance. You don't need any outside source to tell you what to do or what to think.

You are there exploring your world and all the options, all the opportunities, and you are meant to follow what feels right to you in the moment. Be aware that each and every one of you has a spiritual gift. You have the gift of your feelings, and they are there to guide you at all times regardless of what you might think is true in any given moment. We are not saying that you should dismiss or devalue the mind, but let the mind do its job and follow your feelings, and know that your guidance that's coming to you from within is a gift, And it is a way for you to move forward confidently in your lives in each moment of each day.
