R.N. Kao: The Architect of India’s Intelligence Agency R&AW

In 1968, R.N. Kao created India’s intelligence agency ‘R&AW’, to protect the country from outside threats. His leadership helped India win the 1971 India-Pakistan War, played a key role in the creation of Bangladesh, and helped bring Sikkim into India in 1975.
