Great little video, not many will understand this but this is a great explanation. If people have never heard of Tartaria and wonder why they have never been told about it they will never understand what is truly happening. The key is not to go too deep into Tartaria, as interesting as it is but to focus on why "they" didn't want you to know about it. When people learn the real reason why most "Lunatic Asylums" and "Orphanages" sprang up in the mid to late 19th Century then they are half way there.
