08/07/2025 Gordon Chang, senior fellow at Gatestone Institute: As Cadence Design transferred its software and hardware to the Chinese military when Lip-Bu Tan was the head of the company, and Chinese companies still listed Tan’s investments as active. So I believe that the FBI needs to open an investigation into Tan, and the U.S. should use all of its power to force him out of Intel.
