Bill Gates has a mosquito factory in Colombia??

This is something I did not know. I knew he was creating mosquitos (and GOD they are HORRIBLE this year).. But not only is BG the BIGGEST SINGLE THREAT TO HUMANITY.. he needs to go straight to hell!
