A note I found on a desk in one of said peoples homes discussed a new 'policing' group that is in the process of being formed that looks to crack down schemes like the Don's. It seemingly will become an issue as the game carries on. When you get to the car chase scene, it took me dying three times to realize the point isn't to kill him, but to more or less follow him. Part 12 - Betrayal - The Ending This is the final chapter in the game. I will say while I enjoyed the game, i did NOT like the ending.
