In Surah Al-Mulk, Allah warns us about the consequences of rejecting His message and ignoring His guidance. Verses 10–11 are powerful reminders of the deep regret people will feel on the Day of Judgment.

📌 Verse 10:
The people of Hell will say:

“If only we had listened or used our reason…”
This shows that two main ways of recognizing the truth are listening to the message and reflecting on it with intellect. Both are blessings from Allah, but many ignore them out of arrogance or distraction.

📌 Verse 11:
They will admit their sins — but in the Hereafter, confession will not save them. The time for repentance will have passed, and only loss will remain for those who turned away in this life.

🌙 Reflection:
These verses teach us that the Quran is not just to be heard but to be understood and acted upon. Listening without reflection, or knowing without applying, leads to regret. We are being warned now so we can act before it’s too late.
