Episode 1086: Will the Church go through the 7 year tribulation? Part 4

Hello everyone. In tonight's Bible study we take a good look at this event written of in the prophets called "the Day of the Lord."

Sometimes the Day of the Lord is referenced solely as "that Day".

What is the Day of the Lord and what role does it play in the plans of God with the Church and Israel?

The LORD God Himself gives us the definition of the phrase in the prophets then follows that up with an explanation in the epistles to ensure that there are not misunderstandings.

The Day of the Lord is associated with the nation of Israel and has absolutely nothing to do with the Church or believers who live during the age of Grace.

How can we be certain and dogmatic about coming to that conclusion?
