Should Christians support Capital Punishment ? | Sam Shamoun

Christian goes up to Sam and asks whether Christians should support the death penalty in general since it was used in the bible to purge evil and how is it that we should view it and if it still applies today . From the letters of Paul purging evil is not something evil because god had already ordained it in the old testament and with a governmental perspective it was still used during time of Jesus so it isn’t inherently evil depending on situation
