"How One Late-Night Call Built a Lifetime Customer"

Ravi owned a small supply business.
One night, at 9 PM, he received a call —
"Brother, tomorrow morning we have a school event, but the supplies haven’t arrived yet… Can you deliver them?"

It was late, raining, and the warehouse was about to close. Others had refused, but Ravi thought —
"If I help today, this customer will stay with me for life."

He went back to the warehouse, packed the items, and rode 15 kilometers on his bike to deliver them to the school.

The next week, that same school awarded him the supply contract for the entire year.

Ravi smiled and said —
"In business, the real profit doesn’t come from money… it comes from trust."
