This simple margarita recipe is one I turn to time and time again. Fresh lime, smooth tequila, and Triple Sec or Cointreau (essential) are all you need. It's simple, iconic, and always a crowd-pleaser. INGREDIENTS BELOW👇

Yield: 1 margarita
1 ½ ounces (45ml) tequila
1 ½ ounces (45ml) Cointreau or triple sec*
1 ¼ ounces (35ml) lime juice, about 1 lime
½ ounce (15ml) Simple syrup, optional
Salt for the rim, optional
Lime wedge, for garnish
