At the behest of Pat Dugan, the gang recruits the wily immigrant Toby into their entourage and fail at yet another attempt at petty crime. When they try to recruit some new ladies of the evening, Pat Dugan activates Beast Mode and soon thereafter finds himself in the hospital - as well as police custody.
