From the sun to the Son

First of all, I did not get this uploaded by midnight as I had hoped. I recorded this podcast in 4K as I normally do, but I didn't start rendering it until ten minutes before midnight. I was too tired to wait for it to render and went to bed. I apologize for the late upload. Not that I had one scheduled, but I said in the video that I hoped to have it uploaded by midnight. Everything in the video and in the description below is from last evening - Saturday, August 09, 2025.

As I took the dogs outside this evening to play fetch, I immediately noticed the vivid red sun as it meandered westward in the sky shortly before it faded from view. Being impulsive at times, I took my phone out and started shooting, not knowing where it would take us. I just spoke what was on my mind and what was on my heart, starting with the sun, and ending up with the Son. I considered tossing it aside, then decided to keep it because if it blesses or ministers something positive to even one person, it's worth keeping.
That's how I roll sometimes.
