There are No innocent CPS workers.

Every removal, every file, every signature, it’s a choice.
A choice to participate in a system that separates families, often without cause.
A choice to look away when corruption, bias, or profit motives drive decisions.
A choice to keep the machine running, even when it crushes the vulnerable.

Silence is complicity.
Paperwork is not neutral.
And “just doing my job” is not an excuse when the job harms children and families.

We must hold the system, and everyone in it accountable.
Because every child taken without cause, every family torn apart, is not just a statistic. It’s a life, a bond, a wound that will echo for generations.
