Here’s what to do when your thoughts start running the show...

Try this:
1. Set a timer for 10 minutes
2. Write down every thought that pops up
3. Identify the one that hits the hardest

Then ask yourself:
“Is it true? Or is it just an old, familiar thought?”

Sometimes, that’s all it takes to start seeing things more clearly—and get unstuck.
