MUGEN - Shea Fong vs. Vextec Cyborg - Download

So, I'm looking up this guy named MugenStation360 whos name is found in Shea Fong, and I can't find much info on him. He seems to have left the MUGEN scene based on his YouTube channel. He had a site, but the char section wasn't archived, so who knows if Shea Fong was released there. Then, I found out he made the original char Vextec Cyborg through Electrocaid's perfect select sometime between 2010 and 2015. Both Shea Fong and Vextec Cyborg were included in a 2016 full game called Mortal Kombat Special Edition. Idk who did this game yet. Shea Fong and Vextec Cyborg were edited by this person in 2016 too, but Vextec Cyborg was released in 2015 or prior. That means the original Shea Fong and Vextec Cyborg files are missing. MugenStation360 probably is the author of Shea Fong, so I'm going to credit him. More research to be continued. We have Shea Fong vs. Vextec Cyborg both by MugenStation360 edited in 2016 by Unknown. P.S. I also messaged cesarsombra if he was the author of Shea Fong. He said he wasn't. Vextec Cyborg's sprites is taken from Sektor by Shadow Dio.
