Easy Zucchini Bread Recipe (under 1 hour)

zucchini Bread
2c SR flour
1.25c brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
3/4 c oil
1.5 c shredded zucchini

bake @ 350°f for 35-40 minutes
