Professor Jeffrey Sachs discusses the surprise meeting between Trump and Putin. Is this political theatrics, an effort to fundamentally transform US-Russia relations, or merely deception? If Trump's language shifts from "unconditional ceasefire" to ending NATO expansionism, there could be reason to be very optimistic.
