Paul B. Thornton has maintained a lifelong passion for leadership.
He studied management, psychology, and political science at Ohio University. He continued his education, earning master’s degrees in business (MBA) and education (MEd).
Throughout his corporate career, he served on various senior leadership teams, gaining firsthand experience in strategic planning, organizational change, succession planning, employee development, and performance management.
He received a United Technologies Award for Extraordinary Management Effectiveness twice.
His academic career spanned over 24 years, during which he taught management and leadership courses, seminars, and led leadership conferences.
In 2015, he received the Joseph J. Deliso, Sr., Endowed Chair at Springfield Technical Community College.
