It came across as more than a little ironic when Ursula von der Leyen, President of the European Commission, touted free speech protections in the European Union, while a protester, who is also a 2024 European Parliament candidate, was arrested during her speech.

Jimmy and Americans' Comedian Kurt Metzger note the contradiction of claiming free speech rights while suppressing dissent, comparing the European Union's approach to authoritarian practices but with "better branding."

Jimmy criticizes von der Leyen and the political elites for their hypocrisy and control tactics, mocking the staged nature of the event.
