OK just yesterday, 8/10, Ukraine's President made specific statemments. Over the weekend the EU and England made similar statements. This is now Monday 8/11. 4 more days till Presidents Putin and Trump meet. So what has changes? So what is the Zelynsky and the EU now saying?
