Gameplay Part 1

In order to recover an ancient artifact and keep it out of the hands of a ruthless warmonger, Chloe Frazer must enlist the aid of renowned mercenary Nadine Ross and venture to India’s Western Ghats to locate the Golden Tusk of Ganesh. In Chloe’s greatest journey yet, she must confront her past and decide what she’s willing to sacrifice to forge her own legacy. (Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection)

In this playthrough we cover:

Prologue:
Chloe Frazer explores a bustling, war-torn Indian marketplace and is accompanied by a local girl, Meenu, who helps her navigate past rebel checkpoints. Players guide Chloe to reclaim her treasure—a broken Ganesh figurine—through simple platforming and interaction mechanics. The sequence ends with Chloe sneaking into the back of a military truck, establishing the stealth-action tone of the adventure.

Chapter 1: The Insurgency:
Chloe meets Nadine Ross and together, they infiltrate the insurgent’s compound to steal a disk and a map leading to the Tusk of Ganesh. Gameplay here blends stealth takedowns, firefights against Asav’s guards, and light puzzles as Chloe navigates corridors and locked rooms. This chapter introduces their uneasy partnership and the stakes: stopping Asav from inciting civil war with powerful draconic relics.

Chapter 2: Infiltration:
Building on their momentum, Chloe and Nadine journey into the heart of the Western Ghats guided by ancient clues. Players traverse dense jungle terrain, swim through waterways, and sneak past enemy camps. Exploration and platforming shine here, as the duo accesses hidden ruins and deciphers Hoysala symbols that lead them closer to the artifact’s location.

Chapter 3: Homecoming:
Arriving at the majestic ruins of Halebidu, Chloe and Nadine unravel a false trail left by Hoysala royalty meant to mislead invaders. Players tackle environmental puzzles—rotating statues, pressure plates, and lever mechanisms—while evading or engaging Shoreline mercenaries. The chapter deepens character dynamics as betrayal looms when Nadine recognizes Sam Drake among their foes.

Chapter 4: The Western Ghats (Part 1):
In this open-area chapter, Chloe and Nadine traverse sweeping valleys and crumbling ruins, collecting several disc-shaped keys and locating three ancient towers marked with Hindu iconography. Gameplay combines wide-linear exploration, platforming across broken architecture, grappling to elevated areas, and puzzle solving via disc mechanics. Players find and insert two of the discs to activate towers—illuminating map locations and marking progress toward the Tusk’s hidden site.
