phoneinthelake.I give a little synopsis of what I experienced on a short vacation related to the intrusion and inversion of our human biofield. Including dropping my phone in Lake George. Forcing me to face my own addiction to technology and how off I felt as I withdrew from all the ways I'd been leaning on the device and not as engaged in my own biofield and relating to other humans that were right in front of me. I got the chance to learn about some ancestors, and add a bit to a discussion of "mental health" issues regarding family members and think through what was happening re; diagnoses, and the whole shebang. 
So many rely on the mainstream DSM narrative, with rigid diagnoses and ways of treating individuals with harsh pharmaceuticals that often require lifelong dependence as the struggling human who's biofield has been infiltrated and corrupted, must adhese to the program in order to survive. I think short term use of diagnoses and pharma can be helpful despite my knowing that the whole thing is based on a lot of false premises and only partial information about human beings. It is still important to swim through the layers of people's levels of understanding and have compassion and offer support for the process. If other's hadn't offered me this olive branch during my own struggles, I may not be here today sharing. 
I also touch on the terminology "NPC". NPC's are a term that also serves a purpose but becomes a way to create more "us" and "them" scenarios so just be aware that we're all in the biosphere and having different experiences and holding empathy and compassion is of utmost importance, including and crucially ...for yourself.
