Security Deposit 💰 Not Paid… And Their U-Haul 🚚 is Full! 😳

Meeting up with tenants today who are ready to move in… or so they think.
There’s one big problem: their security deposit hasn’t been paid.
They’re eager to move forward, but in property management the rule is clear:

Until the deposit is in, we cannot allow them to take possession of the property.
