Poor Woman Has Something Money Can't Buy

Mrs. Gilmore's son Tyler is very ill. He needs an organ transplant to save his life and he has very little time left. A woman who cleans his doctor's office shows him kindness when he is coughing and his mother gets very upset at this. Mrs. Gilmour thinks that because she is cleaning for a living, then she must be far beneath her and her son. Little does she know that this woman has something to offer that money cannot buy.
