She clearly has a common sign of an auto immune disease called lupus. The sign is a malar or butterfly rash extending across the cheeks, that resembles a permanent sunburn. This has been faintly visible since at least 2020, when she began uploading to tiktok, and seems to be worsening over time.

Riley is extremely obese, possibly exacerbated by testosterone’s impact on the female pancreas, which also made her a surgical risk. Yet they removed her breasts anyway.

Like Jazz, Riley is extremely sexually inexperienced and repressed, yet was allowed to deform her genitalia with drugs and amputate reproductive organs rather than directed to therapy to develop insight into herself, such as basic facts about her sexual orientation.

Riley began testosterone at age 21 and got top surgery at age 24, so her intense repression preceded trans medicalization.
