Origins of Feast of New Wine. Few Have Read Or Studied It…I Read the Qumran Temple Scroll FOR You.

I wait to do these sorts of videos until after everyone else gives up on a thing, on purpose. Not to be sneaky, and I’m not in competition with others, (besides few get what I’m trying to say with our unique, ‘against the grain’ timeline, the Tarry window, and I think I am the only watchman suggesting everyone is correct that believes the Tribulation begins in 2025. 😊) If you’re not studying the Bible for yourself, and you only get your research from watching other people that do (and when that person’s high watch dates pass you give up and move on to whatever their next thing is with them), try branching out. It is the honor of Kings to search out a matter. Plus, what if I told you, some of these high watch dates, that others say have passed, may still be in play? I know of two watchman channels that think New Wine is in September just off the top of my head. If you’re only watching Feast of Trumpets and nothing else, or 2026 and nothing else…you’re not watching the signs happening that Jesus told us to watch for to know the season of His return.

We’ve seen a lot of people talk about the Feast of New Wine, and only a handful teaching on its origins within the Temple Scroll, but I’ve yet to see ANY videos of people reading the scroll. I like knowing things, and I both have (and have read) the scroll, and I study the Essenes…so let’s kill two birds with one stone. I’m just going to read the Temple Scroll aloud, without exposition, and I am not seeking to teach anything. Just providing information for you, the listener, to make of all this what you will. If you’ve watched any of my videos this year, you know what I think - but even though this is not biblical canon scripture, (its exegetical literature), as with anything, before you form beliefs around something you really should read it for yourself. Or, said another way, before you can have a relationship with someone, you really should meet them first.

The Qumran Temple Scroll, in fact, the majority of Dead Sea scrolls, are heavily weathered, damaged, fragments of scrolls. This scroll in particular, while considered to be mostly intact, such we can derive from its fragments the meanings and intent behind it…is still missing quite a few sentence fragments, which makes it choppy to the reader and listener. So, I attempted to make this erstwhile dull and boring listen, at least somewhat entertaining, by rendering it as an old-timey radio program – and as audio markers I insert static where there are missing fragments.

And if you want to read along with me, (because this is copyrighted material I can’t share a link to the version I am reading from, and I couldn’t show pages in my video…its purely audio, read by me, with effects added, and I never seek money for anything I do – so no one can come after me on copyright infringement), go to a library and search for a book published in 1995 titled “Dead Sea Scrolls Translated; the Qumran Texts in English” by Florentino Garcia Martinez, published by Brill books.
