An African-American couple went out to celebrate their anniversary, completely unaware that they would have a toxic encounter that redefined the term "customer service." The drama started when a rude waiter yanked the menu from the couple's hands as they were ordering! Then, they were accused by the restaurant’s manager of staying without ordering a single thing.
