The JKD Foot or Leg obstruction ( as adapted by my JKD Sifu Tim Tackett ) followed up with a lead straight palm strike then a rear strike punch to the face area is one of the many Attack By Combinations ( A.B.C. ) that students practice. But, in class, we use baseball shin guards and cloth shin and instep protectors to insure each student's safety!!!
