Ranger Nick is an entertainer, educator, author, multi-award winner, and world record holder. Often referred to as the "Dundee" of camp oven cooking, Ranger Nick puts Aussie fun into every bite. Regarded as a leader in the camp oven industry, Ranger Nick is recognised as the entertaining bush cook and a master of simplicity, consistently generating fresh, innovative, and creative concepts for cooking with the camp oven. Previously an environmental education support officer and Ranger Guide from outback Queensland, Ranger Nick applies his bush skills wherever his journeys lead him. When he isn't cooking up a storm, he shares his knowledge with school groups and fellow adventurers, teaching them the art of bush skills, camp oven cooking, and outdoor etiquette.
