I had to record the video in two parts because it addresses three things that absolutely pisses me off to no end. I will go blind with rage at these issues.

If you see this and you have a background in constitutional law, or a history teacher/professor please let me know if the constitution does or doesn't apply to DC. It's my understanding that legally Washington DC isn't part of the legal American union. Originally, I think Arlington Virginia was the capital under George Washington. And DC was created later. As far as I know it was never brought under our flag. A great description would be a hostage situation.
