Trained Activated and Advanced - A Morning of Decrees Declarations and Dominion

Good morning. I'm writing to you from Savona, BC, sitting in the Thompson-Nicola Valley where the North and South Thompson meet and go on toward the Fraser. We had an incredible night and morning with gracious hosts — and I want to begin by thanking Rita Darr, her family, and everyone who welcomed us and ministered to us. I won't forget the kindness we received. I also want to celebrate testimonies: people like Jamie Penner — declared stage four cancer a year ago — now walking in healing. Testimonies keep coming. Praise God.

Starting Where the Spirit Led: Psalm 12

This morning I felt led to open with Psalm 12. It's short but it captured what I sense in the spirit: a cry for righteousness in a time when the faithful seem to be disappearing. Listen to this:

"Help, O Lord, for the godly are fast disappearing. The faithful have vanished from the earth; neighbors are lying to each other, speaking with flattering lips and deceitful hearts." (Psalm 12)

David's cry is raw and real — a warrior who would rather take to the field with sword or sling than wrestle with gossip, flattery, and betrayal within his own camp. That tension is familiar. It was true then and it's true now. Our battle lines are not only geopolitical; they are cultural and spiritual. The psalm continues with the Lord's promise to rise and rescue the helpless and to purify His promises "like silver refined in a furnace." I cling to that promise today: God will protect the oppressed and preserve the faithful, even though evil seems praised in the land.

What I'm Watching on the World Stage

Over the last days a major thread has captured my attention — the geopolitical shifts playing out before our eyes. A Trump-Putin summit is being arranged in territory heavy with symbolism. The European Union and NATO voices are reacting loudly; there is friction and fear among the old power-brokers. This summit is not just between two men — it has the potential to shift decades of diplomatic posture and reshape balance on the world stage.

My conviction is this: we must pray, decree, and stand in the gap. Where there are no counselors, people fail; where many counselors gather, there is safety. So I'm calling for godly counsel to surround the leaders involved. I ask you to join me in praying that the Holy Spirit would speak into the hearts of these men, that truth and righteousness would prevail over deception and fear.

Pray Specifically With Me
Pray for President Trump and President Putin to be surrounded by godly counsel and protected as they meet.
Pray that truth be revealed about longstanding conflicts where treaties have been intentionally failed and obfuscated.
Break and bind the narratives meant to derail the summit — politics, media spin, secret agendas.
Declare peace and wise outcomes that honour righteousness and justice, especially regarding the nations whose territories and people have borne the brunt of conflict.
Pressing into the Courts of Heaven and the Issachar Anointing

Over recent sessions we've been preparing for the courts of heaven — both the teaching and the step-by-step activation. If you have not joined those sessions, I encourage you to engage when you can. The core principle I keep returning to is this: God is training us to press into Him moment by moment. He will give us what we need when we need it; we don't have to hunt down every prophetic utterance. This is training for reigning.

We released the Issachar anointing — that prophetic ability to know the signs and times and then to act on them. Issachar's gift is not reservation; it's activation. Those who carry this anointing are not to run and hide. They come out, exercise authority, decree with faith, and watch heaven respond. We are learning to operate in a voice-activated, faith-filled kingdom. Your voice matters. Angels respond to your decrees. You are positioned a little lower than the angels and yet made above them — the authority to decree is real.

Prophetic Word I Shared

"I am God. If I need to get you a message, I'll get you a message... Keep your eyes on me and not on any impediment, and you will not go down. This is part of your training for reigning in this new dawn."

That word is formative. It's not about clever strategies; it's about intimacy with the Father that yields moment-by-moment revelation. When we emulate Jesus — doing what we see the Father do — we operate in wisdom and might.

Decrees, Angels and Territory

We actively decreed and released angels into strategic meetings and into contested regions: to neutralize rhetoric, to cancel malicious strategies that seek to derail peace talks, and to protect those who will sit at negotiation tables. We specifically prayed and decreed protection and blessing over three leaders called out in the meeting: President Trump, President Putin, and Prime Minister Netanyahu (referred to in the meeting). We declared protection, reversal of wicked plans, and life over their leadership in this hour.

We also spoke territory. The reality of territorial anointing is biblical: your anointing will influence not just your household of faith but those in the marketplace and across regions. As I explained to those gathered, the anointing radiates out like ripples in a pond. When you rise, others connected to you rise; when you are delayed, they are delayed. This is why boldness is essential: a bold church rises and brings others with it.

Some Specific Declarations We Made
We declared that Russian territory rightly assigned be restored and that bloodshed on European soil come to an end.
We bound and broke schemes urging nuclear escalation between India and Pakistan and decreed the bringing of cooler heads and peace.
We called for whistleblowers and truth to be revealed about failed peace treaties and covert agendas.
We invited angels specifically assigned to intervene in meetings to be released and commanded to execute their assignments.
How We Train, Activate and Advance

Here's how we are moving forward practically — how you can participate and be activated:

Press into the Father daily. Ask for minute-by-minute guidance. He will not fail you.
Speak. Decree briefly but boldly. Your voice is unique and effective.
Participate in the corporate activation sessions. We are training people to reign and rule, to call angels and execute strategic decrees.
Lay hold of your territorial assignment. Ask God about the region you've been called to influence and begin to pray, decree, and engage.
Walk out restoration where possible — bless your neighborhood, your marketplace, your workplace. Influence expands outward in concentric circles.
Final Reflections and a Charge

We are being heat-treated right now — shaped, refined, and readied for warfare and for governance. The Lord told us: you will rule amid adversaries and promote the agenda of God's kingdom. This is not a tentative calling; it is an audacious assignment. I told the group: I'm taking the training wheels off. Open your mouth. Pray. Decree. Be the king and priest God made you to be.

This is our season to build a prototype of the kingdom of heaven on earth. The kingdom is not only a future hope — it is in us and through us now. As we step into our crowns and the anointing, we will see beauty for ashes and restoration of fortunes. Don't be idle. Activate your voice. Engage the angels. Stand in the courts of heaven when required. It matters — for you, your family, your region, and the nations.
