How often does a catastrophe turn into an expected blessing? The space vessel Maginot falls out of the sky, its spacefaring trajectory is not only on a collision course for Earth, but it crash lands into our world. A group of soldiers are sent in to investigate the wreckage and stumble upon five containers of cargo that possess the greatest discoveries in human history. Five, five lifeforms from worlds beyond are discovered - undeniable proof of life beyond the stars. What are the odds that such a finding would land on humanities doorstep? What are the odds these would be blessings instead of damnation? What are the odds? The crew are elated over this discovery for what it means for scientific research, terraforming, for mankind. How often does a godsend turn disastrous? The recovery crew come to realize that their gifts from heaven bring a hell all their own. These are five deadly species from throughout the galaxy and not only can it prove beyond human means to contain them, but their rampage may prove calamitous for the entirety of man given their arrival on Earth. How ironic that while humanity now hosts these extraterrestrials, one amongst them aims to use us as hosts.
