Frankenstein mod keeps the meat on the grates!

I'm always tinkering and modifying my smoker(s). My 4 body custom vertical has six, count'em SIX 23x33 heavy duty grates. That's about 4,560 square inches of cooking space! They are heavy, but slide easy. So much so that I needed to put in some 'anti tip' bolts to keep the racks from dumping food when I'm loading and unloading. Stainless steel bolts and nuts - call it the 'Frankenstein Mod.' And yes, there's a thorough cleaning about to happen too.
