Does This MW2 Mod have Potential to Rival SM²?

IW4 Sandbox Aims to Deliver an Ultimate Everything Call of Duty Experience similar to the very popular mod SM². Just under 3 Months Ago MW2:A announced they were going to end development due to personal issues. IW4 Sandbox features Nurla (MW2:A Lead Dev) on the project and it seems like they are trying to tackle the criticisms that were originally aimed at MW2:A and improve quality to be more in line with the likeness of SM².
